Locking Orders!

Hey guys! It's that time, surveys have mostly been completed and background work on the pins is nearing completion... We're almost there!! This is an update to let you know that your orders on the survey will be locked in 48 hours. That means if you need to change your address, or want to change any of your add-ons, now is the time! Once everything is locked you CANNOT MAKE CHANGES to anything.
Once everything is locked I will begin contacting the Manu with everything and we'll start making these adorable bunnies come to life!
Thank you all again for your support, our dreams couldn't come true without you! We're getting close to the end of the year. Peachi Cream's first official year as a functioning business, and I couldn't be happier with the results. You all made this possible... and I cannot wait to keep creating art for all of you.

PLEASE READ IF YOU HAVE ADD-ON STICKERS
Hello again! As expected, we got our response today! BackerKit has gone ahead and redone the system a bit to give everyone who bought a sticker during the kickstarter CREDIT so that you may select which sticker you want from the add-one store when filling out your survey.
If you've already done your survey, you should be able to go back and edit it with the proper selection of which stickers you want. PLEASE go check your survey so that you can get this completed- or else you won't get your stickers! I am so sorry for the trouble and confusion.

Please read this if you have an add-on sticker!
I just wanted to let you guys know we are fully aware of the issue on our surveys at the moment regarding the add-on sticker. It was ironically a BackerKit helper who set that section up, and during the smoke test no one had the add on sticker so I did not see the issue until now.
How it's meant to work: You're meant to be able to choose a variant/what type of sticker you want. It seems people aren't getting the option to do so? I am currently unsure why, I've sent an email to find out and hopefully get everything resolved. I suspect they won't get back to me till Monday since it is a weekend.
JUST IN CASE if you ordered an add-on during the campaign, please leave a comment here with what sticker/s you want to order and I will make a personal note of it for your order.
We're very sorry for this hiccup! Hopefully we can get it all sorted out soon.

Surveys are being sent out!
Thank you all for your patience! Kickstart had finally finished everything on their back end of things and we are good to go with the next step of the process. Please check your emails for the incoming link to your personal survey for your pins. This survey is how you'll pick out which pins you want and if you want and add-ons, how you'll enter your address, so please make sure you fill it out!
We will also be opening a PREORDER store for the pins during this time. If your friends missed out on getting themselves a pin now is their time to grab one!

So tell your friends about it! We'll be closing the preorders and survey section of things likely around mid November, in the mean time we'll begin working on samples of our pins and sending in updates as things progress!
As the final bit of news....
We've finished the design for the backing card!!! All your bunny pins will be delivered on this cute piece of art. We hope you love the layout as much as we do! Please keep checking for updates to see how things are going, and we'll see you guys soon!

Survey's incoming!
We have put all our ducks in a row and set everything up- that's right... the next step is here! BackerKit surveys should be arriving in your email over the next few days. This is how you'll pick out which pin you wish to take home with you! You'll also be able to add on more pins if you wanted more, or stickers.
We will also be setting up a bonus pre-order page for people who missed out on the Kickstarter itself. So if you're one of those people- you're in luck!
Thank you guys for all your support and we hope to come to you with more updates very soon. We'll be posting updates as we finish the backing card, and get samples and such of the pins.
